Two fundamental ways to produce recycled copper

At present, there are two important methods for producing recycled copper in China: the first type is copper alloy or fine copper which indirectly smelts waste copper into divergent trademarks, so it is also called indirect application method; the second type is to pass the copper through the fire. The method is to process the anode copper. After that, the electrolysis is refined into electrolytic copper and takes over the remaining valuable elements in the electrolysis process. When using the second type of method to dispose of copper-containing scrap, there are three different processes on weekdays, namely one-stage, two-stage and three-stage. l One method is to indirectly add the classified brass or copper to the reverberatory furnace to form the anode copper. The advantages are short process, simple equipment, fast construction, and low investment. However, when the method deals with complicated copper, the produced soot is complicated and difficult to handle. The three-stage method has a comprehensive application of materials, and the produced soot components are simple, freely sloppy, with high grades of coarse copper, superior sloppy control, and high productivity of equipment.
