The crystallization temperature of silicon bronze is relatively small, and it has a full range of sports brands. Its important chemical composition and mechanical properties are listed in the table. The mechanical effect is higher than that of tin bronze. It can be used as an important chemical composition and mechanical effect of tin bronze deformed silicon bronze in machine property. The mechanical effect, corrosion resistance and technological effect of Cairenmangkou cattle can be improved by adding proper amount of manganese into Copper-Silicon alloy. QSi3-1, a silicon bronze containing 3% silicon and 1% manganese, is commonly used. It is a single phase at low temperature. When the solid solution is cooled below 450 C, a large number of compounds MnZSi or Mnsi precipitate, but the strengthening effect is very weak. They are usually used in annealing or processing softening state. QSi3-1 drawing bar is prone to self-splitting during storage due to phase transformation stress. Therefore, low temperature annealing should be finished for waste products, and the silicon content of alloy should be at the upper limit. QSi3-1 silicon bronze can be processed under cold and hot pressure. It has good mechanical, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and welding effect, no magnetism and no spark when attacked. It is widely used in machinery, chemical industry, spark oil, ship and other property departments. Nickel can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of silicon bronze, and has superior electrical conductivity. NiZSi, a compound of nickel and silicon, which can be soluble in copper, has a maximum solubility of 9.0% at eutectic temperature (1025'C) and decreases with the decrease of temperature, and is indeed zero at room temperature. Copper alloys with the ratio of nickel to silicon of 4:1 will be strengthened by the deposition of NiZSi phase in aging treatment, thus obtaining excellent comprehensive effect. Silicon bronze QSil-3 containing 1% silicon and 3% nickel, which is rarely used in property, has excellent plasticity after quenching at 900-950'C and ageing at 350-55oC for 1-14 hours. Its strength can be increased by more than one fold. These alloys have high wear resistance and low temperature strength. Its electrical conductivity is also higher than that of common high strength copper alloys. It can also be used as high-strength exclusion line and conductive electrode for communication reputation. Lead, antimony, secretion, arsenic, sulfur, phosphorus and other elements are harmful to the alloy and should be strictly controlled.
