Utilization of Copper Alloy Light Industry

From:Nantong Suhai Copper Industry Co., Ltd.  Time:2017/8/9 12:08:35  Visit:

The products of brass rod light industry are closely related to the national career, and there are many kinds of products. Because of its superior comprehensive properties, steel can be seen everywhere. Let me just cite the following analogies:

Temperature control sensitization of air conditioners and refrigerators, and evaporation and condensation sensitization of copper tubes in heat exchangers are very important. The size and heat transfer properties of heat exchange heat transfer tubes largely determine the effectiveness and miniaturization of all air conditioners and refrigeration assemblies. The special-shaped copper tubes with high thermal conductivity are used in these machines. By utilizing the superior processing properties of steel, heat exchangers with inner grooves and high fins have recently been developed and spent to make heat exchangers in the assemblies of air conditioners, refrigerators, chemicals and waste heat outlets. The total heat conduction coefficient of the new heat exchangers can be increased to 2-3 times of that of common tubes, and 1.2-1.3 times of that of common low finned tubes. The new heat exchangers have been applied in China and can save about 40% of copper. The volume of heat exchanger is reduced by more than one third. Clocks and watches are now spent on the assembly of clocks, timers and clock mechanisms. Most of the working parts of these clocks are made of \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ The alloy contains 1.5-2% lead, which has excellent processing properties and is suitable for large-scale expenditure. By analogy, gears are cut out of long extruded brass rods, flat wheels are washed out of strips responding to thickness, and brass or other copper alloys are used to make carved bells, screws and joints, etc. Large quantities of cheap watches are made of gun copper (tin-zinc bronze) or plated with nickel-silver (white copper). Some famous bells are made of steel and copper alloy. Britain's Big Ben uses solid gun copper rods for the hour hand and 14-foot copper tubes for the minute hand. A modern watch factory, with copper alloy as an important material, can spend 10,000 to 30,000 clocks and watches every day with press and precise die processing, which is very inexpensive. Paper-making will spend a lot of money in the society with ever-changing information in the future. Outside the paper looks simple, but the paper-making process is very complicated, which needs to go through many steps, using many machines, including coolers, evaporators, beaters, paper machines and so on. Many of these components, such as heat exchanger tubes, rollers, attacking rods, semi-liquid pumps and wire mesh, are mostly made of steel alloys. By analogy, the long-web paper machine used today sprays pulp onto the fast-moving mesh with tiny meshes (40-60 meshes). The net cloth is made of brass and phosphorus bronze wire. Its width is very wide. It is popular over 20 feet (6 meters). It begs to be perfectly straight. The mesh moves on a series of small brass or copper rollers, and when the pulp sprayed on it is turned upside down, moisture is sucked out from the top. The net vibrates at the same time to bond the small fibers in the pulp. Large paper machines have large mesh sizes that can be 26 feet 8 inches wide (8.1 meters) and 100 feet long (30.5 meters). Wet pulp not only contains water, but also contains chemicals used in papermaking process, which has strong decay. In order to guarantee the quality of paper, the demand for fabric materials is very strict, not only with high strength and elasticity, but also with pulp decay resistance, copper alloy can be fully qualified. Copper plate is used to finish photographing and plate making on the printing top. The polished copper plate outside is sensitized with a photosensitive latex and photographed on it. The photosensitive copper plate needs to be heated to soften the adhesive. In order to avoid heating and softening, copper often contains a large amount of silver or arsenic to improve the softening temperature. Then, the decomposition of the plate ends, forming the printed outside of the high and low dot graphics. In an active typesetter, the layout of brass blocks is subverted to produce typesetting, which is another important use of copper in printing. Lead-containing brass is commonly used in font blocks, and occasionally copper or bronze is also used. In pharmaceutical industry, all kinds of steaming, boiling and vacuum assembly are made of pure copper. Zinc white copper is widely used in medical instruments. Copper alloys are also rare materials for spectacle frames.
